Bill of Rights for Women I have the right not to be abused.  I have the right to leave an abusive.  I have the right to leave an abusive relationship.  I have a right to privacy.  I have a right to request & expect assistance from police & social agencies. I have a right to legally prosecute my abusing partner.  I have a right not to be perfect.  It is against the law for anyone to abuse their spouse, common-law partner, girlfriend or boyfriend.
